Myoflex Physiotherapy Clinic is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in Scarborough. We provide high-quality patient care through Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropody, Shockwave Therapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, and rehabilitation programs for WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients. Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and friendly Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a physiotherapy or healthcare clinic and is comfortable managing both front desk operations and social media.

This role requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, enjoys interacting with patients, and can multitask in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Manage the clinic schedule using the Universal Scheduling System (USS)
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process direct billing and insurance claims
  • Handle WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) billing
  • Collect payments and balance daily transactions
  • Coordinate communication with therapists and healthcare providers
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk
  • Manage the clinic's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.)
  • Create engaging social media content and help promote clinic services
  • Perform general administrative and office duties as required

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, or Clinic Administrator
  • Previous experience working in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, or multidisciplinary clinic
  • Experience using the Universal Scheduling System (USS)
  • Knowledge of:
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Patient registration
  • Direct billing
  • WSIB billing
  • MVA billing
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Experience creating social media posts, reels, or promotional content
  • Knowledge of Google Reviews and online patient engagement
  • Experience with Canva or other design software is considered an asset
