Position: Medical Office Administrator / Medical Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Register patients and update electronic medical records (EMR).
Process referrals, requisitions, and medical documentation.
Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with administrative and clinical tasks.
Prepare examination rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Take basic patient measurements, such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
Handle billing, insurance forms, and other administrative duties as required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
Support the clinic team with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Medical Office Administration diploma or Medical Office Assistant/Medical Assistant certificate.
Previous experience in a medical clinic or family practice is an asset.
Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
