Today, BVM publishes over 1,300 local magazines and reaches billions of digital impressions across North America, helping thousands of local business owners grow.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>This is a field-based, in-person sales role. You’ll build your own book of business in your local territory, on a schedule you control, selling advertising placements across BVM’s local print magazine and companion digital, social, and website products.<br><br><ul><li>Consult: Meet face-to-face with standout local business owners to showcase what makes their community great.</li><li>Strategize: Build powerful, multi-channel branding programs using our media suite, print, digital, social, websites, and reputation management.</li><li>Scale: Leverage our proven training and time-tested sales system to grow your own book of business, building community engagement that pays you and your community for years to come.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Earn<br><br></strong>This is an independent contractor role with no base salary or draw. Representatives earn a recurring commission on sales, with commission rates generally ranging from 70-80% based on monthly sales volume and performance relative to the baseline* cost structure. Bonuses are available during start-up and on an ongoing basis. Note: This role does not earn points toward Permanent Residency.<br><br><ul><li>Baseline is the back-end cost associated with the magazine & digital product’s cost to produce, distribute, bill clients, etc, and does not come out of the representative’s pocket.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Sales Acumen: A drive to help local businesses grow through the art of advertising sales, strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
