Sarai Bakehouse is a Montreal-based premium dessert brand, known for cookies baked in tins with a crisp exterior and a gooey, molten center. Our look is polished, playful and gift-worthy, and both marketing and design are central to how people experience the brand, from the tin to the tumbler to the feed.

The role
We're looking for a creative, curious intern who can plan and design. You'll help grow Sarai across email, social and print, working directly with the founder and seeing your ideas go live quickly.

What you'll do

Marketing

  • Help plan, write and schedule email marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal drops, gifting moments, promotions)
  • Contribute to social media strategy: content ideas, monthly calendars, captions and trend research
  • Create and coordinate content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Track performance (open rates, engagement, growth) and share what's working

Graphic Design

  • Design social media templates, email visuals and ads
  • Create marketing assets for web and campaigns, including seasonal and product launches
  • Support the design of menus, signage and print pieces for pop-ups and retail activations
  • Help maintain brand guidelines so everything feels cohesive
  • Contribute ideas for brand motifs, prints and merchandise

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying, or recently graduated, in graphic design, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign (Canva is a plus)
  • A good eye for typography, layout and color, with a feel for premium, modern branding
  • Strong writing skills and a good sense of what makes food content stop the scroll
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinking, with an interest in evolving brand and design trends
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to juggle marketing and design tasks in a fast-moving small team
  • Open to feedback and able to turn around revisions quickly
  • Experience with an email platform such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Shopify Email is a plus
  • Experience with food and beverage brands is an asset
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset

Le rôle
Nous cherchons un·e stagiaire créatif·ve et curieux·se, capable à la fois de planifier et de concevoir. Vous contribuerez à faire rayonner Sarai par courriel, sur les réseaux sociaux et en imprimé, en travaillant directement avec la direction et en voyant vos idées prendre vie rapidement.

Vos responsabilités

Marketing

  • Participer à la planification, à la rédaction et à la programmation des campagnes de marketing par courriel (lancements, nouveautés saisonnières, occasions cadeaux, promotions)
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de médias sociaux : idées de contenu, calendriers mensuels, légendes et veille des tendances
  • Créer et coordonner du contenu pour Instagram et TikTok
  • Suivre les performances (taux d'ouverture, engagement, croissance) et partager ce qui fonctionne

Design Graphique

  • Concevoir des gabarits pour les réseaux sociaux, des visuels de courriels et des publicités
  • Créer des contenus marketing pour le Web et les campagnes, y compris les lancements saisonniers et de produits
  • Soutenir la conception de menus, d'affichage et de pièces imprimées pour les boutiques éphémères et les activations en magasin
  • Aider à maintenir les normes graphiques de la marque pour assurer une image cohérente
  • Proposer des idées de motifs, d'imprimés et de produits dérivés

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Étudiant·e ou récemment diplômé·e en design graphique, en marketing, en communications ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Connaissance pratique d'Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ou InDesign (Canva est un atout)
  • Un bon œil pour la typographie, la mise en page et les couleurs, avec un sens de l'image de marque haut de gamme et actuelle
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'écriture et bon instinct pour créer du contenu culinaire qui capte l'attention
  • Créativité, esprit non conventionnel et intérêt pour l'évolution des tendances en matière de marque et de design
  • Organisation, autonomie et capacité à jongler entre les tâches de marketing et de design au sein d'une petite équipe dynamique
  • Ouverture aux commentaires et capacité à réviser rapidement
  • Expérience avec une plateforme de courriels comme Klaviyo, Mailchimp ou Shopify Email : un atout
  • Expérience auprès de marques du secteur de l'alimentation et des boissons : un atout
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais : un atout
