Role

  • Position: Sales Associate / Workshop Instructor Trainee (Part-Time)
  • Structured training provided; after ramp-up, you will independently guide clients to complete their DIY jewelry pieces.
  • Work with the team on client reception, sales, merchandising, and content collaboration (shooting/short videos/Xiaohongshu/Instagram, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven social media experience is a plus (e.g., growth on Xiaohongshu/Instagram/TikTok, content strategy, conversion metrics).
  • Excellent aesthetic sense and strong taste (most important).
  • Genuine interest in gemstones and the jewelry industry, with a desire to learn long-term.
  • Positive, detail-oriented, reliable, and team-minded with strong service awareness.
  • Fast learner who enjoys hands-on DIY/beading.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
  • Local sales experience preferred (luxury retail experience is a plus).
