Job Title: Manual QA Tester – OMS Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester with strong experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of retail/order lifecycle applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end order workflows including order capture, fulfillment, inventory, and returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for OMS applications
  • Validate end-to-end order lifecycle : order creation, processing, fulfillment, shipment, and returns
  • Analyze business requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test data
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
  • Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, WMS, and POS systems
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and troubleshoot issues in order workflows
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
  • Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) (e.g., IBM Sterling, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS)
  • Strong understanding of retail/eCommerce workflows
  • Experience in API testing (Postman/Swagger) and database validation (SQL)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong defect tracking and test management experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
