Job Summary: Ascent Employment and Immigration is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our client's dairy farm as full-time Dairy Farm Workers. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about working in agriculture, particularly in dairy production. Successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks essential to the daily operations of the dairy farm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Animal Care: Feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of dairy cows. Administering medications and assisting with veterinary care as needed.
  • Milking Operations: Operating milking machines, ensuring proper milking procedures, and maintaining hygiene standards in the milking parlor.
  • Farm Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining barns, milking parlors, and other farm facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Field Work: Assisting with planting, harvesting, and storing feed crops, including operating machinery as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of animal health, production, and farm operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other farm workers to ensure the smooth operation of the dairy farm.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in dairy farming or agriculture is an asset, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
