Job requires working in shifts.<br><br>Location:12675 Avenue C North, Saskatoon, SK S7L7M8<br><br>Working Hours: 45 Hours weekly<br><br>Scheduled Shift: Variable, flexible schedule as per operational requirements<br><br>Employment Contract: Permanent<br><br>Hourly Wage: $37.16 plus a $35.00/week Linehaul Float premium<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Drive to/from customer locations and safely operates company vehicles (e.g., tractor-trailers, 5-ton vehicles, shunt trucks, etc.) and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) to pick up and deliver freight to/from warehouse or package depot and/or customer locations and meet service level agreements.<br><br>Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch<br><br>Pick up, deliver, and load/unload freight at customer locations<br><br>Scan freight upon pickup and delivery<br><br>Conduct vehicle inspections (tractor - 20-minute pre-trip, 15-minute post-trip; trailer – 15-minute pre-trip per trailer)<br><br><strong>Additional Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Education<br><br></strong><strong>Experience<br><br></strong>Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record<br><br>3 years of Class 1 driving experience<br><br><strong>Skills<br><br></strong>GPS Tracking<br><br><strong>Language Requirement: </strong>Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders.
