L2 Technical Analyst - Workplace Technology & DEX

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Windsor, ON (4 days/week onsite)</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6-month contract to start, strong potential for extension or permanent hire</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> October 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Main Deliverables</p><ul><li>Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users across several locations.</li><li>Support and maintain Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 applications, and user accounts.</li><li>Perform workstation deployments, hardware installations, onboarding activities, and asset management.</li><li>Deliver onsite technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Technical Stack</p><ul><li>Windows 11</li><li>Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot)</li><li>Power BI</li><li>SQL Server</li><li>Active Directory</li><li>Desktop & Laptop Hardware</li><li>Mobile Devices</li><li>Asset Management Tools</li><li>Endpoint Deployment & Imaging Technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, or technical support experience.</li><li>Strong experience supporting Windows 11 desktops and laptops in an enterprise environment.</li><li>Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power BI.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL Server support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with Active Directory user administration, permissions, and account management.</li><li>Proven experience deploying workstations, configuring hardware, performing imaging, asset tracking, and onboarding new users.</li><li>Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Comfortable performing under-desk cabling, monitor installations, docking station setup, and office technology deployments.</li><li>Availability to support occasional extended hours as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Deliver onsite and remote Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support to employees across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and BC locations.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and mobile device issues.</li><li>Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.</li><li>Build, image, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices following established processes and standards.</li><li>Manage inventory, asset tracking, equipment lifecycle activities, and technology refresh initiatives.</li><li>Support new employee onboarding, workstation setups, office relocations, desk moves, and equipment transfers.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and basic end-user training on corporate technology tools and systems.</li><li>Assist infrastructure and network teams with endpoint-related support activities.</li><li>Research and evaluate emerging endpoint technologies and desktop support solutions.</li><li>Ensure all activities align with company policies, standards, and security requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
