The Role

As a Junior Client Services Coordinator, you will join our Client Services team in a hands-on, entry-level role designed for career growth. Working closely with senior account managers, you will support the day-to-day operations of our client marketplaces, act as a bridge between internal technical teams, and help ensure our clients receive top-tier support.

This is an ideal starting role for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain exposure to enterprise software, e-commerce operations, and tech account management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Operations & Support Execution

  • Become a hands-on power user in our enterprise marketplace platform, OpenCanvas, handling daily platform setup and administrative tasks.
  • Respond to routine client inquiries, questions, and support requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking notes for regular client check-ins and meetings.
  • Log, track, and follow up on platform bugs and technical issues by coordinating with our solutions and developer teams.
  • Help gather, format, and review marketplace performance data for client reporting.

Project Coordination & Team Support

  • Perform administrative tasks related to onboarding new clients and launching new marketplace features.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and action items across internal tools.
  • Provide sales support when needed by preparing presentation materials or setting up demo environments.

Culture & Team Engagement

  • Participate actively in team-building activities, virtual trivia, and team outings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in client support, customer service, administration, or relevant internship experience in a digital/business environment.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Tech Aptitude: Strong digital literacy—comfortable learning new software applications quickly and familiar with basic e-commerce concepts.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business etiquette.
  • Detail & Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to track multiple moving parts.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic, coachable, process-driven, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location Requirement: Must be able to work in our Toronto-based office 4 days out of the week.
