Join Our Team as an HR Assistant (Recruitment Focus)

Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be primarily focused on recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. You will support the HR department in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to join our company. As an HR Assistant, you will also be involved in various administrative tasks and play a crucial role in helping us streamline our recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Support in maintaining the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist in preparing job offer letters and contracts for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain confidentiality during the hiring process.
  • Help with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications.
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
