IT Help Desk & Customer Support Technician

TM AG Tuning is one of North America’s leading tractor, construction, forestry, and automotive tuning companies. With nearly 400 dealers, and a rapidly growing customer base, we’re expanding our support team to keep delivering fast, reliable, and friendly service.

We’re looking for a Help Desk & Customer Support Technician who can assist customers through our ticketing system and remote-access tools like TeamViewer. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level customer support via ticketing system, email, and phone.
  • Use TeamViewer to remotely assist customers and dealers with software installations.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer, tuner, and connectivity issues.
  • Document all work clearly inside the help desk system.
  • Guide customers through the tuning process and escalate technical cases when needed.
  • Maintain professional, friendly communication that reflects TM AG Tuning’s brand.
Requirements
  • Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with TeamViewer or similar remote-desktop tools.
  • Experience with a help desk ticketing system (Freshdesk is an asset).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain steps clearly.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow internal processes.
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, tractors, construction equipment, or diagnostics.
  • Experience with tuning tools, cables, or automotive software.
Work Environment
  • Training is completed on-site in Redcliff, Alberta.
  • After training, the position becomes fully remote.
  • Support hours are flexible but may include some evenings or weekends depending on demand.
  • Competitive pay based on experience
