Description A highly regulated international financial advisory firm is expanding in Canada and seeking experienced Private Wealth Managers to deliver cross-border advice to UK and EU expatriates. Work remotely from anywhere in Canada, managing high-net-worth client portfolios, providing tax-efficient investment strategies, and implementing tailored financial plans.

Ideal candidates hold CISI/CII Level 4 or equivalent, have experience in lump sum investing, and thrive in a client-facing, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic advice on investments, pensions, and international financial planning
  • Design and implement tax-efficient strategies for expatriate clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and market trends
  • Implement and review financial plans to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Prepare financial reports, recommendations, and portfolio updates
  • Identify new prospects and professional intermediary relationships
  • Participate in networking, seminars, and marketing activities
Requirements
  • Living and working in Canada, or have residency allowing work there
  • CISI/CII Level 4 or equivalent; other finance/pensions/insurance qualifications considered
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, ideally within international or offshore financial advisory
  • Proven track record in lump sum investing and financial planning
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
