The Role

  • Preparing and issuing Professional Guarantor agreements & signing legal documents on behalf of the company
  • Liaising with Tenants, Landlords & Lettings Agent regarding applications
  • Proactively engage with Tenants regarding the renewal of their Professional Guarantor agreement
  • Working in a high-performing, fast paced and process-driven environment
  • Managing incoming customer emails, calls and administrative processes to an agreed SLA
  • Administration of Professional Guarantor claims
  • Where required supporting our Insurance Administration team’s workflow

  • Have persuasive communication skills, a confident decision-maker, possess first rate customer service skills, and IT literate.
  • Be able to work to timescales, be enthusiastic, able to work independently and in a team, and results oriented.

  • Previous insurance experience and awareness of compliance/regulatory requirements is preferred
