Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with customers and clients to drive business growth and ensure exceptional service. Duties

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote our products and services
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning, providing tailored solutions
  • Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, leveraging marketing campaigns and lead lists
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase market reach and brand awareness
  • Support account management efforts by nurturing ongoing client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Conduct analysis on sales data to identify trends, improve strategies, and maximize revenue potential
  • Assist in technical sales processes by understanding product specifications and explaining features clearly in Spanish when needed
Experience
  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales roles preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Business development experience with the ability to identify new markets and expand client base
  • Background in account management or customer service that demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis tools to optimize sales efforts
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and customer information
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making
  • Prior exposure to technology or technical product sales is a plus
