Industrial Engineer II

You will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve production challenges, optimize workflows, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques, including 5S, value stream mapping, and Kanban systems. Design and optimize workstation layouts and material handling systems. Assist in the development and validation of new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot production issues and work collaboratively with the operations team to implement effective solutions. Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing role. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools. Proficiency in data analysis and basic statistical methods. Experience with CAD software is an asset.
