In-Store Shopper

About the position

As an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk), your day is focused on selecting high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking quality, and making selections that match what you’d choose yourself. Each order is an opportunity to get it just right, ensuring customers receive accurate and fresh groceries. Another part of the role is keeping orders organized and ready for pick up. You’ll bag items carefully, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. Between shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, the work stays steady making it a good fit for someone who enjoys moving throughout the store and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems
  • Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
