In Home Caregiver for two young children

<p>In-Home Caregiver/Nanny needed for Baron family for 2 young children (3, 6 mos). $20.85-$22.00 per hour for a 30-hour work week, salary depends on experience. Overtime may be required from 45-48 hours and paid at 1.5 x per hour. Three days off per week on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 6 months of relevant professional childcare experience required. Minimum of Equivalent Canadian High School diploma required. Job hours are M-TH 8am-6:30pm. Mid-day break. Job located in Mid town Toronto. ON (Fisher Park area). English language spoken and written, required. Work to take place in employer’s home.</p> <p>Supervise and care for children in employer’s residence. Bathe, dress, plan, cook meals and feed children. Light housekeeping for children. Diapering and bottle preparation. Oversee children’s activities, such as meals, as instructed. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Instruct children in personal hygiene. Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support their social development. Discipline children according to the methods requested. Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings. Pick-ups and drop offs.</p> <p>Good communication and decision-making skills are essential.
