About Arch & Anchor

Arch & Anchor is a marketing agency for full-arch dental implant practices — the ones running All-on-4 and All-on-X cases. We sell one thing: booked, qualified consults, backed by a money-back guarantee. Our founder previously built an orthodontic marketing agency serving 75+ practices across North America, producing results like 97 and 130 case starts for single clients. We are now applying that model to full-arch implants.

We're looking for an implant patient coordinator who has spent years on the phone with single-implant and All-on-4 / All-on-X patients, and who owns the most valuable minute in the business: the five minutes after a lead raises their hand.

The opportunity

You are the first human voice a prospective implant patient hears, and the day-to-day contact for the practices we serve. One full-arch case is worth $26,500 to our client — the person who books that consult is not a receptionist, they're the hinge of the whole engagement. You start on a W2 salary of $45,000–$55,000 a year depending on your implant experience, plus a bonus for every booked appointment, scaled to how low the no-show rate runs across your practices. Raises come with performance and tenure. As we add practices, our first coordinators move into Follow-Up Team Lead, training and running the team, at up to $75,000.

What you'll do

  • Onboard each practice you're assigned to: their offer, financing options, surgical days, consult slots, and the treatment coordinator you'll be handing patients to.
  • Use Arch & Anchor's software to access client scheduling systems remotely and book appointments directly onto their calendar.
  • Contact every new lead within five minutes of submission, during business hours. Five minutes versus thirty is up to a 9× difference in conversion — this is the job.
  • Qualify before you book. Full-arch practices are drowning in consults that can't fund the case; give the estimated monthly payment, confirm budget or financing intent, and book only the patients who can move forward.
  • Handle money on the call when the practice requires it: take consult deposits or down payments by card, and walk patients through financing pre-qualification (CareCredit, Proceed, Cherry, Sunbit and similar) or a soft credit check, following each practice's rules and card-handling rules exactly.
  • Follow the 4-day follow-up system: every unanswered lead gets contacted at least four times before moving into long-term nurture.
  • Log every call, outcome and booked appointment in our software so the guarantee can be counted and reported.
  • Confirm and remind ahead of each consult to hold the show rate up — we guarantee booking, the practice owns attendance and the chairside close.
  • Keep detailed notes per practice on services, scripting preferences, scheduling rules and communication style.
  • Join internal syncs with the Paid Media Strategist on campaign performance, booking rates and lead quality.
  • Handle patient information carefully. You will hear health details on these calls. Follow our handling rules exactly, log only what our system asks for, and never move patient detail into email, personal notes or chat.
  • Feedback on scripts, tooling and process as we scale.

Who you are

  • Fluent English, strong phone presence — warm, unhurried, credible with an adult weighing a five-figure decision.
  • Highly organised, punctual, genuinely fast to respond. The five-minute standard is non-negotiable.
  • Required: 2+ years scheduling or coordinating single and full-arch dental implant patients (All-on-4 / All-on-X), as an implant treatment coordinator, patient coordinator, or scheduler at an implant, oral surgery or prosthodontic practice or implant center. You know the difference between a single-implant consult and a full-arch consult, what a CT scan appointment is, and why surgical days fill weeks out.
  • Comfortable talking money: quoting estimated monthly payments, taking deposits by phone, and helping patients through financing applications.
  • Strong outbound volume: 40+ calls a day without it showing in your voice.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or similar) and remote-access tools.
  • Discreet and compliance-minded around patient information.
  • Coachable, adaptable, motivated by clear numbers.
  • Never makes clinical or outcome claims. You book consults; the doctor diagnoses.

Compensation and growth

  • $45,000–$55,000/year to start (W2), based on implant experience
  • Bonus per confirmed appointment, scaled to no-show rate
  • Regular raises with performance and tenure, up to about $60,000 as a coordinator
  • Follow-Up Team Lead: up to $75,000. As we add practices, our first coordinators move into leading, training and running the team
