This role is only open to applicants in the U.S. and Canada and will be managed by a team in Canada.

What You'll Do:

    • Help customers successfully implement HubSpot within their organization
    • Help customers optimize the use of HubSpot to generate growth and better inbound performance
    • Identify strategies to generate visitors, leads, and customers
    • Establish a plan to achieve an organization's business objectives
    • Put Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales at the heart of customers' digital strategies to attract visitors, turn them into leads, convert them into customers, and build loyalty
    • Offer integrated sales and marketing solutions involving websites, social networks, content, lead generation, marketing automation, and CRM. All based on the HubSpot ecosystem
    • Participate in training customers on the use of HubSpot
    • Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Be able to help customers develop their personas and buyer's journey
    • Work on several accounts simultaneously

What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, or any other relevant field
    • Minimum 5 years experience in web marketing and web strategy
    • Inbound and Google Analytics certification
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) HubSpot = a great asset
    • Experience in B2B (a plus!); Bilingual (French, English) (a plus!)
