We’re looking for a detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist who excels in marketing operations and CRM management. You are not focused on creating marketing content—instead, you specialize in implementing, automating, and optimizing campaigns within HubSpot. You are highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working independently while supporting leadership and sales teams.What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full HubSpot platform, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency
- Build, implement, and optimize marketing workflows, automations, and pipelines
- Upload, configure, and deploy marketing assets (emails, landing pages, campaigns) within HubSpot
- Manage contact segmentation, lists, and lifecycle stages (MQL to SQL flow)
- Ensure proper lead routing, scoring, and handoff to the sales team
- Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and funnel metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to operationalize marketing strategies in HubSpot
- Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Support integration of third-party tools and systems with HubSpot
- Assist the CEO with marketing operations, reporting, and execution-related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, automation, reporting)
- Experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or similar role
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management (MQL → SQL)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to execute quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Strong English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
- Reliable internet connection and work setup
Nice to Have
- Experience in MSP, IT services, or B2B environments
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools (Zapier, APIs, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue operations
- Prior experience supporting executives or cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (for implementation, not creation)
