Job Summary

We're looking for a HubSpot Administrator to support and maintain our Hubspot instance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to support and work with users 1-1 to become proficient, and wants to grow into a more strategic RevOps role. You'll work closely with sales, marketing and customer success teams to keep our HubSpot instance accurate, efficient, and running smoothly day to day.

As we grow fast and processes change to be adaptable and willing to jump in, share ideas and find a better way.

Essential Duties:

  • Be the first line of support for our end users across the GTM organization, assist in training, how tos and bug fixes.
  • Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals — deduping, standardizing fields, and cleaning up records
  • Collaborate to build and update record layouts, processes and best practices.
  • Set up and troubleshoot workflows and automations (lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, notifications)
  • Support email campaigns, forms, and landing pages
  • Manage list segmentation
  • Monitor and fix broken workflows, sync errors, and integration issues
  • Assist with onboarding new HubSpot users and maintaining permission/role settings
  • Build basic reports and dashboards
  • Document processes and maintain an internal HubSpot playbook/SOP library
  • Partner with the GTM team to gather requirements for new fields, workflows, or reports
Required Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience or equivalent certification
  • Comfortable working with data — Hubspot, spreadsheets, basic reporting, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer success
  • Curious and eager to learn — willing to dig into HubSpot documentation and troubleshoot independently
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Claude (or other AI tools), Gong and DealHub or similar tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Certifications is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must have access to reliable internet that can handle video calls and space to have confidential calls.

Salary Range

This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

$67,800 - $84,800 USD/CAD Annually
