Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.

  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

  • Replenish supplies and toiletries in guest rooms or facilities as required.

  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and uniforms.

  • Handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of company practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
