Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
  • Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and team members
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of service
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to support smooth daily operations

Skills

  • Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects for extended periods
  • Experience with commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and respond courteously to guest inquiries
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
