Hourly Live Chat Assistant (Entry Level /Fully Remote)

We're looking for live chat assistants to deliver outstanding customer support from your home. You'll be communicating directly with customers via live chat, resolving their concerns, answering their questions, and creating a positive experience that keeps them satisfied.

Roles: Your primary responsibility as a Live Chat Assistant will involve managing incoming chat messages across a company's website or social platforms. You'll address customer inquiries, share product information and promotional offers, troubleshoot problems, and work toward maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Location: Completely remote opportunity, welcoming applicants from across the United States and beyond with the right qualifications.

Requirements

  • Equipment that supports accessing chat platforms and websites (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet).
  • Capacity to manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dependable, high-speed internet access.
  • Previous experience is not required; you'll receive full onboarding and training.

Contract Length: Ongoing, with no predetermined endpoint.

Hours per Week: Adjustable schedule based on your own availability.
