As a Host, you are much more than the person who greets guests at the door. You are the first impression, the final farewell, and one of the most important contributors to the overall experience our guests remember long after the evening ends.

We are seeking polished, professional, hospitality-minded individuals who take pride in creating exceptional experiences and thrive in an upscale dining environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants who are looking to elevate their hospitality career with one of the world's most respected steakhouse brands.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
  • Manage reservations and guest flow to create a seamless dining experience.
  • Answer guest inquiries and reservation requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate seating while maintaining the pace and rhythm of service throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist with coats and personal belongings.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional personal presentation and professional standards at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has previous experience in premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants.
  • Understands that hospitality extends beyond service and into creating memorable experiences.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, poise, and emotional intelligence.
  • Communicates confidently and comfortably with guests from all walks of life.
  • Takes pride in personal presentation and appearance.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
