[Hiring] Home-Based Presentation Designer @DCX
Role Description
The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Presentation Designer will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role owns the design, organization, and ongoing evolution of presentation materials across the creative team.

Produce a wide range of deck formats, including:
- RFP responses
- Client lookbooks
- PowerPoint presentations
- Pitch decks
- Capabilities decks
- One-pagers
- Business review materials
- Serve as the creative team's Figma liaison.
- Help build and maintain a well-structured presentation library.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative role.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured presentation libraries and design assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output.
- Advanced proficiency in presentation and design tools, particularly Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating client-facing presentations, pitch decks, RFP responses, lookbooks, capabilities decks, and business review materials.
- Strong understanding of presentation storytelling, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and pacing.
- Experience building reusable templates, modular slide systems, and presentation libraries.
- Knowledge of brand systems and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple presentation formats.
- Experience working with DAM systems such as Air is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify presentation trends and competitor best practices.
- Excellent ability to communicate design decisions and confidently participate in stakeholder reviews.
