Compensation: OTE for a closer at RenovateFlow is $30,000 - $50,000 per month

Responsibilities:


  • Taking inbound, pre-qualified sales calls – No cold calling, no prospecting. Every lead you speak with has already shown interest in working with us.
  • Building rapport & establishing trust – Remodelers trust us to help them grow, and your role is to ensure they see the value in our system.
  • Consultative selling – Asking the right questions to understand their business, pain points, and goals, then showing them how our system delivers results.
  • Handling objections with confidence – Addressing concerns and guiding potential clients toward making the right decision.
  • Following up strategically – If a lead doesn’t close on the first call, you’ll follow up via phone and SMS to ensure they don’t slip through the cracks.
  • Closing deals & driving revenue – Your main goal is to convert interested prospects into paying clients and earn commissions on each sale.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and revenue goals
  • Work within a tight-knit, high-energy team that values hard work and excellence

  • Proven sales experience – B2B, agency sales, home services, or high-ticket closing experience is a huge plus.

We are hiring for two shift options (Eastern Time):


8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday


2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
