High-Earning Door-to-Door Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission - GTA

High-Earning Door-to-Door Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission - 100% Commission Role

Company: Familifood Club
Location: Ontario & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $1200 - $1500+ per week (Uncapped)
Work Location: Field-Based, with office support in Mississauga

Are you a hunter — a self-motivated, confident, and driven individual who thrives on closing deals? If you are looking for an uncapped, commission-based sales role that rewards performance and allows you to control your earning potential, we want to hear from you!

At Familifood Club, we are expanding rapidly and seeking exceptional sales professionals to join our door-to-door sales team. As a leading distributor of restaurant-quality food products to households and businesses across Ontario, we offer recurring commissions for every customer you sign on — unlike typical door-to-door sales roles, where the sale ends after the first purchase. With us, your hard work pays off long-term, and we’re looking for hunters, not gatherers, to close deals and build ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and Close Deals: Actively seek new customers in your assigned territory and close sales with confidence.
  • Own Your Success: This is a 100% commission-based role, meaning your earning potential is unlimited based on your effort and skill.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Generate recurring revenue through repeat customer purchases, leading to long-term commissions.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and promote our high-quality food products to both households and businesses.
  • Be Independent: Take ownership of your schedule and territory while being supported by our back-office team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hunters Only: We need salespeople who are not afraid of cold calling, door knocking, and going the extra mile to secure sales.
  • Confident and Assertive: You need to be comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated: You should be someone who thrives when working independently and is highly motivated by uncapped earnings.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Ideally, you have experience in door-to-door sales, B2C sales, or commission-based sales roles (experience with recurring revenue models is a plus).
  • Results-Oriented: You should be focused on earning $100,000+ annually, with the determination to push beyond.
  • Vehicle and Driver’s License: Must have a valid G Driver's License.

Why Familifood Club?

  • Uncapped Earnings: With an expected weekly earning of $1200 to $1500+, the more you sell, the more you make. Plus, our recurring commission structure means you continue to earn on every customer, even after the initial sale.
  • Paid Daily: We pay daily, with the exception of weekends.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: We’re looking for full-time sales professionals who want to take their earning potential to the next level.
  • Vehicle Supplied: A company vehicle is provided to help you cover your territory efficiently.
  • Work From Home: Your office is the road — get out there and start selling.
  • Career Growth: As we expand, there are opportunities to grow within the company for top-performing individuals.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Full-time, with weekends as needed based on sales targets and customer availability.

Are you ready to close big deals and earn what you're truly worth? If you're a confident, driven sales hunter who is motivated by uncapped commissions and a recurring income stream, we want to meet you!

To apply, send your resume to viv@familifood.com and tell us why you’re the right fit for this opportunity. We’re looking for the best — if you believe you’ve got what it takes to succeed, don’t wait to apply!
