Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns for health and insurance products
• Develop marketing plans to increase product awareness and customer adoption
• Review customer needs and market trends to improve existing products
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos and digital content
• Work with internal teams to launch new products and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities
• Track campaign results and recommend improvements based on data
• Support health-related events and promotional activities
• Manage project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, product development or sales
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
• Experience in health insurance or Integrated Shield Plans will be an advantage
• Good project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creative, analytical and good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
