As the business continues to invest in its digital capabilities, it is seeking a leader who can enhance its online presence, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate e-commerce growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Head of Digital Commerce & Marketing will be responsible for leading the organization's digital commerce strategy while overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>This individual will drive online sales performance, customer acquisition, digital merchandising, website optimization, analytics, and promotional strategy while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure digital initiatives support broader business objectives.</p><p>This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building scalable processes, improving the customer experience, and helping shape the future of a growing retail organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Responsible For</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the organization's digital commerce strategy.</li><li>Drive online revenue growth and improve website conversion.</li><li>Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid media, CRM, email, SEO, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Oversee digital merchandising, customer experience, and website performance.</li><li>Use analytics and business insights to optimize digital performance.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with executive leadership, merchandising, retail operations, and other key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will bring:</p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive experience leading e-commerce, digital commerce, or digital marketing functions.</li><li>Proven success within a retail, consumer products, or omnichannel business.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional digital and marketing teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital analytics, CRM, customer acquisition, merchandising, and performance marketing.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive business decisions and improve digital performance.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work on-site five days per week in the Greater Toronto Area.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join?</strong></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Canadian retailer at a pivotal stage in its digital journey.
