If you're equally passionate about technology, creativity, customer experience, data, and culture, this is an opportunity to shape one of Canada's most dynamic hospitality and entertainment companies.</p><p><br></p><p>As Head of Digital, you'll lead the digital strategy across INK's portfolio of restaurants, nightlife venues, concerts, festivals, hospitality brands, and corporate initiatives.</p><p>You'll own the digital roadmap—from websites and CRM to paid media, SEO, marketing technology, AI, analytics, and digital customer experiences. You'll partner with leaders across Marketing, Operations, Creative, Brand Partnerships, PR, Events, and Technology to drive measurable business growth while building exceptional digital experiences.</p><p>You'll also lead and mentor our digital team, including Social Media, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the creativity and innovation that defines INK.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Own:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Digital Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Define and execute INK's enterprise digital strategy across hospitality, entertainment, music, and live events.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and consumer trends that create competitive advantage.</li><li>Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance.</li><li>Build the roadmap for future digital growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Grow reservations, ticket sales, memberships, loyalty, gift card sales, and online revenue.</li><li>Develop CRM, email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.</li><li>Optimize every step of the digital customer journey.</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, Spotify, and emerging platforms.</li><li>Oversee SEO, digital advertising, audience acquisition, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.</li><li>Manage agency relationships and media investments to maximize ROI.</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Experiences</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the strategy and evolution of INK's websites, ticketing experiences, reservation platforms, and digital products.</li><li>Ensure every digital experience is intuitive, accessible, mobile-first, and conversion-focused.</li><li>Champion innovation using AI, automation, personalization, and emerging technology.</li></ul><p><strong>Music, Live Events & Brand Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Develop digital marketing strategies that drive awareness and ticket sales for concerts, festivals, nightlife programming, and live experiences.</li><li>Partner with artists, promoters, venues, agencies, and brand partners to amplify campaigns across digital channels.</li><li>Support sponsorship activations with measurable digital strategies that create value for partners and unforgettable experiences for guests.</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics & Innovation</strong></p><ul><li>Turn data into action through reporting, attribution, experimentation, and optimization.</li><li>Build executive dashboards and performance insights that influence business decisions.</li><li>Continuously test, learn, and improve.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p><p>You're a strategic digital leader who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
