This is a critical role responsible for menu development, kitchen staff management, inventory control, and upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that align with the restaurant's fine dining concept. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Oversee inventory, procurement of ingredients, and cost control to maximize profitability. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP). Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary. Requirements Culinary degree or equivalent professional training and experience. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in fine dining kitchen environments, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role. Demonstrated expertise in classical and modern culinary techniques. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in menu costing, inventory management, and labor control.
