You'll partner directly with sales leadership to build hiring plans, run a high-volume pipeline, and close top talent in a competitive market. Bilingual French-English is strongly preferred to support hiring across French- and English-speaking Canadian markets. This role is fully remote, and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, close) for SDR, AE, and Customer Success roles across Canada</li><li>Partner with sales and CS hiring managers to define role requirements, build search strategy, and forecast hiring needs</li><li>Build and manage a strong pipeline of GTM talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping</li><li>Guide candidates through the process with clear, timely communication and a strong candidate experience</li><li>Conduct interviews in both French and English as needed, and support bilingual job postings/candidate communication</li><li>Use data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion, and report on hiring progress to stakeholders<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience recruiting for sales/GTM roles (SDR, AE, CS) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) strongly preferred</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with and influencing sales leaders</li><li>Track record of building sourcing pipelines and closing competitive candidates</li><li>Familiarity with recruiting/ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)</li><li>Based in Canada<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
