Graphic Designer, Production Studio
Job Description:
- Participate actively in internal brief calls, studio syncs, and all-hands meetings, contributing thoughtful input and asking clarifying questions to ensure alignment
- Take clear, actionable notes during internal and client calls to support accurate execution and follow-through
- Respond promptly to internal briefs and maintain clear communication with account and creative teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Flag risks, gaps, or inefficiencies early and propose practical solutions
- Support internal studio processes by helping prepare materials for team meetings and reviews
- Manage your own workback schedules to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, navigating context switching and feedback rounds with confidence
- Manage bandwidth proactively and communicate timelines clearly with project stakeholders
- Execute high-quality, production-ready designs that align with established brand systems, creative direction, and client briefs
- Build and refine layouts for B2B marketing assets
- Conduct thorough self-reviews to ensure assets meet quality standards and follow internal review processes
- Demonstrate curiosity and openness to new tools, processes, and ways of working
- Apply AI-powered tools to support asset adaptation, formatting, and production efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5– 7 years of experience in production design or execution-focused creative roles
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working at scale
- Experience producing B2B marketing assets across digital, social, email, presentation, and print formats is a plus
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a remote, collaborative studio environment
- Clear communicator who takes ownership of their work and timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a digital and cross-functional team environment
- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to support production workflows, asset scaling, and efficiency
- Bilingualism (ENG/FR) considered an asset, but not required.
