Overview If selected to work on COACT projects as a Graphic Designer, you will develop creative visual assets that support integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, digital experiences, and client communications. You'll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, creative directors, and account teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual design. This is not a permanent role. This is to join the COACT Community of vetted freelancers and be considered for future projects. Key Responsibilities Design marketing and brand assets across digital, print, social, web, presentation, and campaign formats. Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into effective visual solutions. Maintain and apply brand standards across all deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout concept development and execution. Develop layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual systems that support campaign goals. Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy across deliverables. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Incorporate feedback efficiently and refine designs based on stakeholder input. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience. Experience working for or within an agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing, branding, and campaign work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand application. Ability to balance creativity with strategic and business objectives. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple concurrent projects. Preferred Experience developing assets for enterprise or B2B clients. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or presentation design. Familiarity with Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or web design tools. Experience collaborating with integrated creative and marketing teams.
