Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation, design, and delivery of high-impact digital marketing assets that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and new business development initiatives. This role focuses primarily on digital design, including landing pages, website experiences, digital advertisements, email and social media graphics, video assets, and other multimedia content that support both paid and organic marketing campaigns. The Graphic Designer also contributes to the development of print and traditional marketing materials such as article layouts, sales collateral, brochures, and event-related materials as needed.

Working in a highly collaborative environment, this role partners closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Web Developer, Digital Media Strategist, and Marketing leadership to translate business objectives into compelling visual experiences that align with brand standards and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate combines strong creative and technical design skills with a digital-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities: “To simplify complexities for each customer.”

  • Produce creative assets in a variety of mediums and channels with a digital-first philosophy that convey the appropriate message and brand with art direction from the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing leadership.
  • Designs digital marketing assets, sales collateral, informational pieces (e-newsletters, white papers, presentations, training materials) and other assets.
  • Designs multimedia projects including landing pages, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, videos, etc.
  • The creation and ownership of an email template library within our marketing automation platform (eg., Hubspot, Pardot)
  • Creates video content – from storyboard concepting through video editing – for a variety of video types in support of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Produces designs for tradeshow booths, signage and large displays.
  • Assists with implementing effective marketing campaigns that align to business objectives and meet marketing goals across various media channels such as print, email, and digital advertising. Suggests strategies to optimize performance and partners closely with Digital Media Strategist.
  • Maintains a high standard with regards to detail and accuracy of all marketing materials and assets. Supports deliverable/approval workflows through project system prior to publication and distribution.
  • Follows the [REDACTED] corporate style guide and works closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to help manage the [REDACTED] brand. Supports the continued evolution and maintenance of our brand and style guide.
  • Maintains and updates projects in Workamajig (or current project system of record) including project files, deliverables and time management.
  • Follows established process for file management and storage.
  • Manages the entire lifecycle of marketing assets – from creation through prepress/printing and/or digital publication; interfaces with print and other marketing third-party vendors to hand off and manage final production.
  • Stays on top of emerging trends and technologies, seeks out new methods of working and gaining efficiencies and improvements, and shares knowledge; possesses a desire to learn and advance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications/Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university with a focus on Graphic Design or related field; and three to five years business-to-business graphic design experience with demonstrated experience in digital asset creation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software knowledge must include:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Express)
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience working in no-code website-builder environments
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
  • Should be comfortable in Figma

Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing computer equipment. Travel to attend meetings and visit locations throughout the country may be required. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographical cost of labor, etc. In addition to base pay, [REDACTED] offers a comprehensive benefits package including, health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, wellness resources, recognition programs, 401k contribution, and PTO & Holiday pay (all subject to eligibility requirements). Anticipated Starting Pay Range

$59,800—$82,170 USD

To facilitate working from home, and as a requirement for this role, candidates must provide their own reliable, high speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth to execute all job functions. Company laptop will be provided - (except for temporary internship roles)
