Graduate Program Coordinator - Online MSW

About the Job The School of reputed company Work (SSW) is seeking a Graduate Program Coordinator (Student Services reputed company 2) to reputed company support to administrators, reputed company, reputed company, and alumni reputed company the School of reputed company Work online MSW Program. This is a 12-month annually renewable position at the SSW on the reputed company reputed company. This position provides critical support in the areas of admissions, student advising and support, program management, and reputed company support for the SSW's online MSW program, with the goal of promoting the welfare of reputed company and ensuring the reputed company of the education offered. Duties include assisting the Director of the online Master of reputed company Work (MSW) Program with administrative and program management responsibilities, student advising, and assisting with course and curriculum planning for the online MSW reputed company work program. This work includes the development and implementation of innovative strategies to continuously strengthen SSW's relationships with key stakeholders and improve services. This position requires in-depth knowledge of and experience with the extensive body of rules, procedures, and operations of the University, Graduate School, and College of Education & reputed company Development (CEHD) as reputed company as multiple University reputed company systems. Job Responsibilities: Student support (35%) • Serve as the primary contact for online MSW reputed company for reputed company logistics reputed company to study in the online MSW Program, including advising, program requirements and milestones, and degree plan review. • Advise reputed company on registration process and deadlines; advise reputed company on available elective courses that meet program requirements. • Create a degree plan and meet with reputed company student on a yearly reputed company and as needed. • Counsel and advise reputed company on reputed company program policies, course selection and registration, graduate school processes and paperwork and other issues. • Advise international reputed company on University policies and resources; assists with issues reputed company to student visas. • Monitor reputed company' reputed company reputed company throughout the program. • Regularly communicate with reputed company regarding upcoming deadlines, program changes, and extra-curricular learning opportunities. • Advise reputed company on incomplete grade requests and resolutions, personal leaves of absence, returning from leaves, etc. • Counsel and refer reputed company MSW, dual degree, and non-degree-seeking reputed company with vocational, financial, housing, reputed company, or cultural concerns, and other issues as needed. • Audit and process MSW and student forms, monitor MSW student reputed company, and report issues on student reputed company, as needed, to the appropriate program administrator for reputed company. • Triage reputed company and prospective student inquiries. reputed company final answers as reputed company, and recommendations to others, such as reputed company, as appropriate. • Evaluate student records and proactively counsel reputed company to resolve issues that may reputed company student graduation clearance. • reputed company documentation on clinical content for MSW reputed company and alumni of the MSW Program seeking licensure through the Minnesota reputed company of reputed company Work. • Review, approve, or reputed company for approval as necessary verification of degree completion, student status, loan deferment, etc., for reputed company work graduate reputed company and alumni.
