Governmental Service Customer Support, French/Bilingual

Job Description:

  • Answer customer calls regarding upgrades to communicating meters
  • Call customers for follow-ups and schedule technician appointments
  • Manage complaints and service-delivery claims professionally
  • Support customers in French and English regarding service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Available to work 5 days, 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Availability Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.; Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Reside within the province of Québec
  • High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS
  • Secure, quiet home workspace
  • At least three years of customer service experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and multitask
  • Call center experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed
