General Manager, Product Management – Adjudication Solutions

Job Description:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Product Managers
  • Own the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end performance of an enterprise-grade suite of platforms
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and operations teams
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platforms and track them

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management
  • At least 5 years in a product leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare technologies
  • Financial expertise in developing and managing large capital budgets
  • Proven experience launching and scaling B2B software-as-a-service solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
