We're looking for a motivated General Labourer / Junior Renovator with previous renovation experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced Lead Renovators and Project Managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has hands-on experience and is ready to take the next step in their construction career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Renovators with residential renovation projects
  • Demolition and site preparation
  • Framing and backing
  • Drywall installation and repairs
  • Trim and finish carpentry
  • Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, hardwood)
  • Painting and finishing work
  • Assist with cabinet and fixture installations
  • Material pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Work closely with the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential renovation experience (required)
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
  • Reliable personal vehicle to travel between job sites
  • Basic hand tools suitable for residential renovations
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
  • Experience with framing, drywall, flooring, trim, painting, or general carpentry
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically capable of lifting materials and performing construction-related tasks
Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Basement renovations
  • Home renovations
  • Exterior renovations
