Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required, following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sweeping, tidying, and waste disposal.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support skilled trades and other team members with various tasks on site.
  • Assist in inventory management, including counting and organizing stock.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
  • Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task progress and any issues.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) consistently.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
