Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on warehouse worker to join our North York warehouse.

This is a physical warehouse position involving receiving and unloading shipments, moving and organizing inventory, preparing pallets for shipping, and assembling or disassembling equipment using basic hand and power tools.

The position is best suited to someone who is comfortable with physical work, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload inbound pallets and shipments.
  • Inspect and put away incoming inventory.
  • Move and organize products throughout the warehouse.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment using drills, screwdrivers and other tools.
  • Pick and prepare outgoing orders.
  • Build pallets, shrink-wrap and prepare shipments for pickup.
  • Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Comfortable performing physical warehouse work throughout the day.
  • Comfortable using drills, screwdrivers and common hand/power tools.
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand, bend and perform repetitive lifting.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.

Previous experience in warehouse work, shipping and receiving, assembly, construction, maintenance, installation or another hands-on physical role is strongly preferred.

Schedule & Pay

  • $25.00 per hour
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • No regularly scheduled evenings or weekends
  • On-site near Keele & Steeles in North York
