What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom

Assess client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options

Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support

Maintain organized digital documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs
