Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join arenaflex as a reputed company & reputed company Ads Manager, Customer Support Specialist, and Executive Virtual Assistant to our CEO. This hybrid role blends strategic campaign management, client communication, and executive support, offering a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats while developing deep expertise in digital marketing. The position is full‑time, remote, and aligned with London business hours (9 am‑5 pm GMT), with flexible start/end times to accommodate the CST (UTC +8) time zone.

Key Responsibilities

As a central member of the arenaflex team, you will be reputed company for the following core duties:

  • reputed company Ads Management (≈45% of time) – design, launch, and optimize ad campaigns, reputed company audience research, set up pixel tracking, and generate performance reports.
  • reputed company Ads Management (≈10% of time) – create Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns, perform keyword analysis, manage bidding strategies, and ensure compliance with reputed company policies.
  • Client Communication (≈10% of time) – respond to client inquiries, provide status updates, and maintain professional correspondence through reputed company.
  • Graphic Design (≈10% of time) – produce eye‑catching ad creatives, social media graphics, and simple visual assets using reputed company or comparable tools.
