Full Placement Assistance Consultant – Freelance
Job Description:
- Understand each job seeker's career goals and technical background
- Conduct detailed profile review sessions
- Identify strengths, skill gaps, and positioning opportunities
- Recommend the most suitable placement strategy
- Optimize resumes, ATS resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, professional summaries, and keywords
- Market candidate profiles across LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, company career pages, recruiter networks, and vendor networks
- Conduct direct recruiter outreach
- Support hiring across full-time, contract, contract-to-hire, W-2, and C2C roles where applicable
- Maintain continuous communication with assigned candidates
- Provide updates regarding recruiter responses, interview schedules, employer feedback, resume improvements, and job search strategy
- Coordinate interview scheduling, calendar coordination, candidate preparation, reminders, feedback collection, and follow-ups
- Assist with offer review, employment documents, background verification coordination, work authorization documentation, and onboarding paperwork
- Communicate with employers
- Manage 2–3 active candidate profiles simultaneously
- Ensure timely communication, consistent recruiter outreach, high-quality applications, positive candidate experience, and successful placement outcomes
- Guide U.S.-based job seekers through Sadient’s Full Placement Assistance services and job search journey
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resume review and optimization
- LinkedIn optimization knowledge
- Understanding of ATS systems
- Understanding of U.S. hiring processes
- Interview coordination

- Professional email communication

- Experience in talent acquisition, technical recruitment, U.S. IT staffing, career consulting, resume writing, HR recruitment coordination, customer success, business development, or candidate engagement
- Preferred: experience working with U.S.-based candidates
- Preferred: understanding of visa categories (H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, USC, EAD, etc.)
- Preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
- Preferred: experience supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
