About the Role

You are an accomplished team player who works cross functionally with a diverse team. You possess excellent problem solving skills and an ability to take initiative and assist with studio tasks and finding effective solutions without direction.

As a Front of House Associate you will prioritise the guest experience above all. As someone with excellent communication you will aid in providing a seamless guest experience. Your friendly and professional phone and email etiquette is essential to this process. You will assist the Shift Manager in fostering a collaborative team that operates cohesively, with a shared focus on learning and growth between team members.

The successful candidate will work at Sweat and Tonic - Front and Spadina. The candidate must have flexible availability between Monday - Sunday.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Shift Manager to provide seamless studio operations,
  • Assist in training and guiding new team members and Sweat Equity
  • Act as a coach, providing guidance to help team members prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professionally greet and assist members and guests
  • Support the Shift Manager in various studio technical difficulties
  • Assist in maintaining orderly and clean studio spaces, common areas and retail area
  • Respond and assist with guest inquiries, concerns and discrepancies
  • Maintain/update guest accounts
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct comprehensive studio tours for new guests
  • Assist with studio opening/closing procedures
  • Deliver exceptional guest services that align with standard operating procedures
About You
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, dedicated to delivering outstanding service experiences.
  • Self-motivated with a strong orientation to work collaboratively and an 'all hands on deck' attitude.
  • A personal interest in health and fitness would be considered an advantage.
