Freelance US IT Staffing & Vendor Partnership Recruiter

Company: Hiscope
Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor / Partnership
Work Location: Remote – United States
Compensation: Commission / Revenue Share – Partnership Based

About the Opportunity

Hiscope is looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Recruiter / Vendor Relations Specialist / Bench Sales Professional to join us on a freelance partnership basis.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have existing relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Staffing Companies, Implementation Partners, MSPs, and other companies involved in US IT staffing.

The goal is to build a long-term partnership where you help us expand our vendor network and bring legitimate US IT C2C/W2 staffing opportunities, while our recruiting and delivery team supports candidate sourcing, screening, and submissions.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and connect Hiscope with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing companies
  • Develop and maintain long-term vendor relationships
  • Identify active C2C and W2 IT staffing requirements
  • Obtain job requirements and understand client/vendor expectations
  • Coordinate with our recruiting team for candidate sourcing and submissions
  • Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and required documentation
  • Expand the company's US staffing network
  • Identify opportunities for long-term business partnerships
  • Maintain professional communication with vendor and staffing contacts

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who have:

  • 2+ years of experience in US IT staffing, recruiting, bench sales, vendor management, or staffing business development
  • Existing relationships with Prime Vendors / Tier-1 vendors
  • Experience working with C2C requirements
  • Understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with vendor onboarding and staffing processes
  • Ability to independently develop new vendor relationships
  • A proven network of US staffing contacts

Preferred Experience

Experience working with:

  • Prime Vendors
  • Tier-1 Staffing Companies
  • Implementation Partners
  • MSP/VMS environments
  • C2C staffing
  • IT consultants and contractor placements
  • US IT recruitment and staffing agencies

Partnership Model

This is not a traditional salaried recruiting position.

We are looking for an independent professional who wants to build a long-term business partnership with Hiscope.

Compensation can be structured through commission, placement-based revenue sharing, or another mutually agreed partnership model, depending on your experience, network, and level of involvement.

The more value you bring through vendor relationships, requirements, and successful placements, the greater the opportunity to grow the partnership.

What Hiscope Provides

  • Dedicated recruiting and delivery team
  • Candidate sourcing and screening support
  • Experienced IT recruiters
  • Support with candidate submissions and coordination
  • Vendor documentation and onboarding support
  • Opportunity to work across multiple IT skill categories
  • Flexible partnership structure
  • Long-term growth opportunity

Important

We are not simply looking for someone who can recruit candidates.

Our ideal partner already has relationships within the US IT staffing/vendor ecosystem and can help us establish connections with companies that regularly work with staffing vendors.

If you already work with Prime Vendors or Tier-1 staffing companies and are interested in building an additional revenue stream through a long-term partnership, we would like to hear from you.

How to Apply

Please apply with:

  • Your US IT staffing experience
  • Your experience with C2C recruiting / bench sales / vendor management
  • The types of Prime Vendors or Tier-1 companies you have worked with
  • Your current network and areas of specialization
  • Your preferred partnership / commission model

Apply to discuss the opportunity and partnership structure.
