Founding Country Partner — Nigeria

OPALEVI is expanding internationally and is looking for an entrepreneurial Founding Country Partner / Country Manager to build our presence in Nigeria.

COMMISSION-ONLY OPPORTUNITY: this is an independent, performance-based partnership. There is no fixed salary or base pay. Your income comes from commission on the customers you personally acquire (see the Compensation section below).

OPALEVI is an all-in-one healthcare SaaS platform for clinics, private medical practices, hospitals, dental clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers, rehabilitation and mental-health centers, long-term-care providers, and veterinary practices.

The platform combines patient records, appointments, specialty-specific clinical documentation, invoicing, payments, reporting, staff management, online booking, and day-to-day practice operations in one system.

OPALEVI is web-based, works on desktop, tablet and mobile, and supports 47 interface languages. We are building a distributed international commercial network across our supported markets.

You will be responsible for developing OPALEVI in Nigeria.

This is a hands-on commercial role. We are looking for someone who will actively identify healthcare organizations, contact decision-makers, demonstrate OPALEVI, follow up with prospects, convert trials into paying customers, and build long-term relationships with local healthcare providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify clinics, medical practices, laboratories and other healthcare organizations in Nigeria
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Contact clinic owners, doctors, managers and other decision-makers
  • Present and demonstrate OPALEVI
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Convert prospective customers into free trials and paid subscriptions
  • Help new customers understand and adopt the platform
  • Develop relationships with healthcare associations, consultants, distributors and other potential partners
  • Provide local market feedback to the OPALEVI product team
  • Identify relevant local competitors and market opportunities
  • Represent OPALEVI professionally in Nigeria
  • Maintain accurate reporting of prospects, demos, trials and customers

Who we are looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Healthcare sales
  • Medical-device sales
  • Pharmaceutical sales
  • Healthcare software / SaaS
  • Dental industry sales
  • Laboratory or diagnostic equipment sales
  • B2B business development
  • Clinic or hospital management
  • Healthcare consulting

An existing network of clinics, doctors, laboratories or healthcare decision-makers in Nigeria is a major advantage.

You should be entrepreneurial, independent and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to be given to you.

Fluency in your local language is essential. Professional English is strongly preferred for communication with the OPALEVI team.

Compensation

This is initially a performance-based independent commercial partnership, not a traditional salaried position. Our goal is to give Country Partners the opportunity to build a recurring income portfolio from the customers they personally acquire.

Indicative commission structure:

  • Up to 40% of net subscription revenue during the first 24 months from customers you personally acquire
  • 30% recurring commission thereafter while those customers remain active paying OPALEVI customers and the partnership remains in good standing
  • No fixed ceiling on commission earnings
  • Additional terms may apply to enterprise deals, OPALEVI-generated leads and customers managed by additional local salespeople

High-performing partners may become the official lead for their market and gain additional responsibilities as the local customer base grows. Country exclusivity is earned through performance and is not automatically granted when joining.
