Mining General Foremen - Mill Process Plant - 14/14 - $70/hr - Canada Wide

Bullitt Staffing Inc. is seeking experienced General Foremen for Mill Process Plants to support a growing mining company at a remote mining site. This contract role offers a 14/14 rotation and involves hands-on leadership of mill and process plant operations. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in mineral processing and a proven safety record.

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5+ years of experience in mineral processing operations, preferably within a mill, concentrator, or mineral processing plant
  • Strong flotation experience and hands-on experience with flotation circuits
  • Experience with crushing, grinding, dewatering, paste, and tailings systems
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of mine safety and environmental requirements
  • Proficient with computerized process monitoring and reporting systems
  • References, criminal background check, and medical required
